Alia Bhatt plans a grand party for beau Ranbir Kapoor’s 38th birthday

28 September marks Ranbir Kapoor’s 38th Birthday and also a second birth for Rishi Kapoor who had been in the US getting treatments for an ailment.

It seems Alia Bhatt has one too many reasons to celebrate this month. Last week the adorable couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were spotted getting cozy at Akansha Ranjan’s birthday party.

A photograph from her birthday party shows that the two couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Nonetheless, they look cute as buttons. The celebration mode is still on for the ‘Raazi’ actress as she gears up to throw a grand birthday party on 28th September.

Veteran actor, Rishi Kapoor had been in the U.S. for a prolonged period due to a serious ailment. Along with wife, Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor; Rishi Kapoor had been holding up strong until the final stages of the treatment. He finally returned to Mumbai in best of his health on 11 September 2019. Since then there have been animated discussion about throwing a part for Rishi Kapoor’s healthy self.

It seems Alia Bhatt has taken charge of hosting a massive celebratory soiree for the Kapoors and their friends on Ranbir’s birthday. The father-son duo will be celebrating their birthdays, second and thirty-eighth in the company of lovely Kapoor Khandan and who’s who of Bollywood fraternity.

While Alia is still working out the details of the party, we can’t help but wonder whether Alia’s dear friend and Ranbir’ ex, Katrina Kaif will be a part of the celebrations. On a serious note, Alia’s current favourite director and Ranbir’s once-favourite, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s presence is still a matter of mystery for us.

Off late Alia has been visiting Bhansali’s office to close the deal on their latest film together. Titled as ‘Gangubai Kothewali’, the film is based on the life of the female gangster, Madame of Kamathipura who owned multiple brothels in Mumbai. She’s fondly remembered for her contributions towards uplifting the rights of sex-workers in Mumbai.
