Bharat 7th day box office collection: Bharat crosses 165 crore mark to become Salman’s 8th highest grosser of all time.
After a healthy extended opening weekend, Salman Khan‘s Bharat is sliding down at the domestic box office. The film dropped by more than 55% on Monday, compared to the collection on Friday. On Tuesday, the movie drops further which is definitely not a good sign for the long term.
Bharat 7th day box office collection is 8.3 crores. After 7 days, the total collection of the film stands at 167.6 crores. Bharat is now Salman Khan’s 8th highest grosser of all time. It has beaten the lifetime collection of Dabangg 2 (155 crores).
#Bharat is steady on Day 7… Should cross ₹ 175 cr today [Day 8]… Wed 42.30 cr, Thu 31 cr, Fri 22.20 cr, Sat 26.70 cr, Sun 27.90 cr, Mon 9.20 cr, Tue 8.30 cr. Total: ₹ 167.60 cr. India biz.

The film has performed well but is nowhere close to trending compared to Salman Khan’s blockbusters like Sultan, Kick, Tiger Zinda Hai and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
Mixed WOM and the clash with the world cup matches has also impacted the movie. If there would have been no matches then the collection would have been around 175+ crores by now. The trending is not strong and the film may find it difficult to cross 250 crore mark.
Here’s a look at day-wise box office collection of Bharat:
- First Day: 42.3 crores
- Second Day: 31 crores
- Third Day: 22.2 crores
- Fourth Day: 26.7 crores
- Fifth Day: 27.9 crores
- Sixth Day: 9.2 crores
- Seventh Day: 8.3 crores
Bharat box office journey
Bharat earned 42.3 crores to become the third highest opening day grosser of Bollywood after Thugs of Hindostan (52.25 crores) and Happy New Year (44.97 crores). It also becomes Salman Khan’s best opener beating Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo (40.35 crores).
With the collection of 165+ crores, Bharat is now the second highest grosser of 2019 after Uri: The Surgical Strike. It has beaten the lifetime numbers of Kesari and Total Dhamaal.
Bharat is director Ali Abbas Zafar’s third film with Salman after Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Both films proved blockbusters and the same is expected from Bharat. Produced by T-Series and Salman Khan Films, Bharat is an official adaptation of Korean film ‘Ode To My Father’. Apart from Salman and Katrina, the movie stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover in the lead roles.
