Hrithik Roshan rubbishes rumours of being a part of ‘Satte Pe Satta’ remake. He says, ‘Everything you hear is a rumour’.
Hrithik Roshan has been riding high on the success of his recent film ‘Super 30’. He is being praised by Bollywood fraternity and audience, both for delivering a great performance.
The Box-Office figures also seem to agree to it. The small-budgeted film is fast racing towards the 100 crore mark and Hrithik cannot be happier.
On the staggering success, he said “The success of Super 30 somehow takes me back to the time when Kaho Na… Pyaar Hai had released. The emotions are similar to what I had felt back then”.
Hrithik has been in the news ever since the news of ‘Satte Pe Satta’ remake started doing rounds. It as is being said that the film is being helmed by Farah Khan will see Hrithik in the lead role, opposite ‘Bang Bang’ co-star Karina Kaif.
He will be stepping into Mr Amitabh Bachchan’s shoes while Katrina will be essaying the role played by Mrs Hema Malini in the original ‘Satte Pe Satta’.
Contrary to popular belief, Hrithik has denied being a part of the much-anticipated film. Denying all the claims, he said “I am a huge fan of Mr Bachchan so whenever I will get a chance to step into his shoes, I’d be super excited. As for Satte Pe Satta remake, those are only reports as of now. When I sign my next film, I will tell the world about it. Until then, everything you hear is only a rumour.”
On the work front, Hrithik was recently seen playing the role of Bihar mathematician, Anand Kumar in the super-hit film ‘Super 30’. The teaser of his next release, ‘WAR’ with Tiger Shroff has garnered enough attention. It’ll be exciting to see Hrithik battling it out with his look-alike Tiger Shroff in the YRF production.
