The first weekend collection of Jawaani Jaaneman is higher than Saif’s last few films. Saif was going through a tough phase as his films were underperforming at the box office. In the last 5 years, almost all of his films tanked at the box office. 2020 is turning out a good year for Saif. After delivering a power-packed performance in Tanhaji, he has delivered a promising performance in Jawaani Jaaneman.
Well, the job is just half done. Jawaani Jaaneman needs to hold well on weekdays. To stay in the race, the film’s Monday collection should be in the same range as Friday. The budget of the film is around Rs 40 crore. It needs to collect Rs 50 crore to become a box office hit. It will be considered average if it crosses Rs 40 crore.
Directed by Nitin Kakkar, Jawaani Jaaneman is bank-roled by Pooja Films. The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Farida Jalal, Kumud Mishra, Kubbra Sait and Chunky Pandey. Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaya Furniturewala has made a confident debut with the film.
