Kabir Singh 4th day box office collection: Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Kabir Singh’ had a huge Monday, all set to cross 100 crore mark in just 5 days.

Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer ‘Kabir Singh’ is all set to become the second blockbuster of 2019 after Uri: The Surgical Strike. The film had a huge Monday and the drop from Friday is just 10%. As per early estimates, Kabir Singh 4th day box office collection would be around 18 crores.

This is an incredible hold considering that the film had a big opening of 20.21 crores. The Monday collections are the highest ever when ticket pricing is left at normal levels. The previous best was Sultan which had collected around 15.5 crores.

After four days, the total collection of the movie stands at around 89 crores. The film has exceeded all expectations and will cross 100 crore mark in just 5 days. The big reason for the film’s success is its incredible performance in the mass centres.

Kabir Singh will be the 7th film to enter 100 crore club. It will Shahid Kapoor’s first solo 100 crore grosser in 16 years. The film has received superb reviews from critics. Most of the critics have rated it as Shahid Kapoor’s career-best act. The audience is loving it and it seems that the film is there to play a long inning at the box office.

Directed by Sandeep Vanga, Kabir Singh is an official remake of 2017 Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy. The film is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Krishan Kumar and Ashwin Varde.
