Saaho 1st day box office collection: As expected Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho is off to a huge opening in the Hindi market. Read on to know more details.

The most awaited movie of 2019, Saaho has taken a bumper opening at the Indian box office. A big opening was always on cards as it is Prabhas’ next film after Baahubali 2. Prabhas became a global superstar after the grand success of Baahubali series.

Ever since its announcement, the audience has been waiting for Saaho. The movie was promoted well and it was bound to get a big opening. As per Taran Adarsh, Saaho 1st day box office collection is 24.4 crores. 

It is the second-highest opening by a Hindi version of a regional film. Prabhas’ Baahubali 2 is in the first position with the opening day collection of 41 crores. 2.0 is now at third position with the collection of 20.25 crores.

Saaho 1st day collection: Across all languages

Talking about the total collection across India from all languages, Saaho is in the second position. It is off to a bumper opening in AP/ Nizam. As per the reports coming, it collected around 50 crores from its Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam version.

The total first-day collection of Saaho is in the range 75-80 crores. Baahubali 2 with the collection of 121 crores from all version is in the first position. Akshay and Rajini starrer 2.0 earned 64 crores on day 1.

Saaho may have got a dream opening but it will struggle in the coming days as the reviews are unanimously negative. The film has received an average rating of 1.5 stars. The public response is also not positive.

Saaho is running on around 6500 screens in India. The Hindi version is running on around 4000 screens.

The total budget of Saaho is around 350 crores as shared by the producers across all languages. Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series (Hindi version) has invested around 120 crores in the film. Saaho will be considered a hit film (Hindi version) if it crosses 140 crores.
