Salman Khan's Highest Opening Day Grossers: Bharat Tops The List

Bharat, Sultan, and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo are the highest opening day grossers of Salman Khan. 

Salman Khan is the undisputed box office king of Bollywood. In last 10 years, he has delivered as many as thirteen 100 crore grossers at the box office. Today, we are looking at Salman Khan’s highest opening day grossers.

Salman’s latest release Bharat has become his highest opening day grosser with the collection of 42.3 crores. It also becomes the third highest opening day grosser of all time after Thugs of Hindostan (52.25 crores) and Happy New Year (44.97 crores).

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is second highest opening day grosser for Salman. Released on Diwali 2015, PRDP earned 40.35 crores on its first day. PRDP is followed by Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Released on Eid 2016, Sultan earned 36.54 crores on its opening day. While Tiger Zinda Hai earned 34.1 crores on its opening day.

Ek Tha Tiger (32.92 crores), Race 3 (28.4 crores), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (27.25 crores) follows at the fourth, fifth and sixth position respectively.

Kick released on Eid 2014 takes the 7th position in the list with the opening day collection of 26.4 crores. Kick is followed by Bodyguard (21.6 crores), Tubelight (21.15 crores), Dabangg 2 (21.1 crores) and Jai Ho (17.75 crores).
