India born Deepa Mehta lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Indo-Canadian film director-writer Deepa is critically acclaimed for Water (2005) was sent by India and Canada for Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. 7- Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari
