WAR Day 1 Box Office Collection Estimates, Top Opening Of All Time On Cards

War 14th day box office collection

WAR 1st day collection: Hrithik and Tiger starrer is all set for the biggest box office opening of all time, set to beat Thugs Of Hindostan.

Probably the biggest action movie of Bollywood ‘WAR’ has released at the box office today. It stars big names like Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. WAR is a high-octane action film mounted on a grand scale and big budget. The audience has been waiting for such film for a long time. Now, when the film is in theatres, the audience is bound to come in big numbers.

WAR is all set for a huge opening on its day 1. In fact, the advance booking reports suggest that it is all set for the biggest opening of all time. As the lastest report of BoxofficeIndia, the movie has recorded the highest advance of all time with pre-release sales of Rs. 30+ crore nett plus. In terms of advance, WAR has beaten Thugs of Hindostan, Bharat and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

WAR is competing with Tollywood biggie Syeraa Narasimha Reddy and Hollywood’s most awaited movie Joker. The former will give big competition in the South while Joker will be competition in the big metro cities.

This competition means that WAR will release on around 4000 screens. Ideally, this is a good screen count for any film but WAR is a very big film catering the multiplex as well as mass audience.

Considering all the above points, I am estimating the first-day collection of WAR to be in the range of 48-52 crores. It is definitely challenging the highest opening day of all-time set by Thugs Of Hindostan (52+ crores).

WAR will be the biggest opening day grosser for Hrithik and Tiger. If it turns out a good film then there is a definite chance that it will be among the top 3 Bollywood grossers of all time.
