War Box Office Collection Day 23: Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer War has crossed 450 crore mark globally. The film has beaten biggies like Chennai Express, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo and 3 Idiots.

Released on 2 Oct 2019, Hrithik-Tiger starrer action film ‘War’ is a true blockbuster of 2019 (Check Highest grossing Bollywood movies of 2019). The film has performed exceptionally well not only in India but in overseas as well. The total worldwide  collection of ‘War’ now stands at 450+ crores.

The nett domestic collection of the film after 21 days stands at 305.95 crores. This includes 291.8 crores coming from the Hindi version and 14.15 crores coming from Tamil and Telugu version). The gross domestic collection of the movie stands at 361 crores. ‘War’ is only the 8th Bollywood (Hindi) film to cross 300 crore mark in India.

The film has delivered exceptional performance in the overseas. It is the top overseas grosser of 2019 with the collection of 92+ crores. The worlwide collection of the film after 21 days stands at 453+ crores.

War has beaten the lifetime collection of biggies like Chennai Express (422 crores), Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo (399 crores) and 3 Idiots (395 crores). The film is currently the 10th highest worldwide box office grosser.

War has created several box office records in its lifetime. The film has received superb response from the auddience. It created history by recording the biggest box office opening of all time (53.35 crores). If that wasn’t enough, the film grossed 350 crores worldwide in the first week to create a new box office record.

In India, the film has enjoyed a very good run right from the opening day itself. Despite the release of a large number of movies in the last two weeks, War remained the first choice of the moviegoers.
