Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of his film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ on 11 August which is on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The movie is directed by Aanand L Rai and apart from Akshay Kumar the movie stars Bhumi Pednekar, Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb, and Smrithi Srikanth.
The movie is a family drama and it revolves around a brother and his 4 four sisters. Already the movie is pretty hyped up because it is clashing with Aamir Khan’s Lal Singh Chaddha.

Sadia Khateeb
Sadia Kahteeb made her Bollywood debut in the year 2020 with Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s movie ‘Shikara’. Sadia is 25 years old and she hails from Jammu and Kashmir. Sadia completed her Engineering before making her acting debut. In the movie, Sadia will be seen playing the role of the eldest sister among the four.
In an interview when asked about her, she said she can Sing and Dance and she is a very good cook and also she knows how to ride horses very well.
Deepika Khanna
27-year-old Deepika Khanna made her acting debut with the movie Ribbon along with Kalki Koechlin and Sumeet Vyas. She was also featured in the television series Patiala Babes. Deepika has been featured in several web series as well like Yeh Crazy Dil, Who is Your Daddy season 2. Recently she was featured in the movie Khel, Kood Aur Bhoot.
Sahejmeen Kaur
Sahejmeen Kaur was born on July 15 in Delhi, India. Sahejmeen is making her acting debut with this movie and she is also a part of a Delhi-based group of young theatre artists known as Mrit Pathshala.
Sahejmeen was born to Sonia Kaur and Manjeet Singh and she also has a younger brother who works as an engineer along with her acting career Sahejmeen is reportedly pursuing a master’s degree in mass communication and she really enjoys reading, dancing, and singing.
Smrithi Srikanth
Smrithi Srikanth is a young and aspiring actor and she is also making her Bollywood debut with this movie. Smriti hails from Delhi and she is also a dancer and a YouTuber, She is part of a YouTube channel called ‘Cherry Bomb’ and they make dance covers. Smriti is quite active on social media and she has around 17.3k followers on her Instagram Account.
