The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released class 12th results today.
The total pass percentage of this year is 92.71%, Trivandrum has recorded the best result and Prayagraj the worst and the students can check the results from the official website of CBSE.
How to check CBSE class 12th results?
Students can follow below mentioned steps to easily check their CBSE class 12 results.
- Visit the official website of CBSE – cbseresults.nic.in/class-twelfth
- Enter your Roll number, School number, Admit card ID
- Check your credentials
- Submit the credentials
- Result will appear in your screens
- Download or take a print out of the result for future reference.
30:70 Ratio in class 12th Results
This year marks were given to students on the basis of 30:70 which means 30 per cent weightage was given to Term 1 exams and 70 per cent weightage to Term 2. According to CBSE the ratio of 70:30% Marks will be applicable only for theory papers. However, for practical exams, 50:50 weightage is being given to both the term exams this year.
Toppers of class 12th CBSE 2022
This year CBSE has decided that it will not announce the merit list but still there are students who scored perfect 100% in the exams.
Yuvakshi, a student of Amity International School Noida, has scored perfect 100 in all subjects overall she scored 100% in class 12 CBSE 2022 Examination .
Tanya Singh of DPS Bulandshahr, also scored perfect 100 in all subjects and overall got 100% in CBSE 2022 Examination.
Gender-wise analysis of results
Though the passing percentage of students is decreased this year but the transgender students have performed the best. All students who registered as transgenders have passed the exams with a 100% pass percentage. 94.54% of girls have passed the exam while 91.25% boys were able to pass the exam.
Compared to last year CBSE saw a dip in the results. The passing percentage of students also decreased compared to last year and less students scored above 95% marks.
