The Central Board of Secondary Education has provided sample question papers for two terms along with the answer sheet for students in classes 10 and 12. The CBSE sample paper from the previous year will help students understand the trend and pattern of the board class.
The sample paper also has a marking scheme that can be helpful in providing the correct information right away. Interested students can also check the question bank and model answers for classes 10 and 12 available on the CBSE official website.
On 12th September 2023, the CBSE also started the CBSE 2024 board exams private registration. Exams for the private registration students will take place in February/March/April along with the annual board examinations in 2024.
Students who want to take private exams must register themselves. The question bank will help with further preparation for students, while the model answer will give them an idea of how to write their answers.
CBSE has also provided a series of sample papers for board classes for the last seven years. Students can solve as many papers as they want, from the latest year 2021–22 to 2015–16.

The authority has released the sample paper for 2021–22 so that students can find the upcoming board exams easily. The steps to get the 10th and 12th grade CBSE sample papers are as follows:
- Visit the CBSE official website at cbse.gov.in.
- On the home page, click on ‘Pariksha Sangam’.
- Click on the ‘Continue’ icon in the new portal.
- Now click on the ‘Schools’ icon that appears on your screen.
- Next, click on ‘Exam Reference Material’ and then on ‘Sample Question Paper and Marking Scheme’.
- On the new page, you will see different years’ sample papers.
- You can click on any year’s sample paper or choose the latest one. After that, click on class 10 or 12.
- In front of the subjects, the PDFs for two terms are available; click on the one you want to solve.
