IIT Kanpur has released a notice stating that the GATE 2023 application correction window will be available till October 20, 2022. The candidates have time until October 20 to make corrections in their GATE 2023 application form.
GATE 2023 Application Correction Date Extended
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has extended the date of the GATE 2023 application correction. The candidates who want to make any changes or corrections in the application form can do it before October 20.
Several students complained that the GATE 2023 application portal is not working properly and they are not able to make changes in their application forms. IIT Kanpur has confirmed that the GATE 2023 rectification portal has been facing some issues and they are working on them.
An official notice was released by IIT Kanpur on the website of GATE 2023. The notification stated ,“Please note that you will have two more weeks to rectify the errors after the application window closes, i.e. until 20th Oct. Also, note that you need not submit new application for the defects in your application.”
Last Date of GATE 2023 Registration
The candidates can register for GATE 2023 till October 7, 2023. The candidates can submit the GATE 2023 registration form without any additional fee until September 30, 2022. After that, candidates will have to pay late fee charges.
The candidates who want to make corrections in their application form will be able to do so after the registration date ends. After that, candidates can make several changes and corrections in the examination form and can even change the exam city.
GATE 2023 Exam Date & Admit Card
The GATE 2023 is scheduled to be held in the month of February in 2023. The admit cards for GATE 2023 will be released on 3 January, 2023 at gate.iitk.ac.in.
