Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: The maximum age to apply for the post of Prosecuting Officer (PO) is 40 years. SC/ST/EWS/OSC/ALC/RBA/PSP get age relaxation up to 3 years.
- Education Qualification – Candidates should have a Bachelor of law of university established by the Law of India.
Application fee
The application fee for the Prosecuting Officer (PO) post is INR 1000. The candidates who belong to reserved categories have to INR 500 for application. There is no application fee for PHE candidates.
