MHT CET Engineering 2023: Complete Syllabus
Questions for the MHT CET 2023 will be based on the Maharashtra State Council for Educational Research and Training’s curriculum. The weighting of the Class 11 and Class 12 curriculum in the question paper is around 20% and 80%, respectively.
Mathematics
Permutations and Combinations, Straight Line, Circle, Measures of Dispersion, Trigonometry II, Complex Numbers, Functions, Limits, Continuity, Probability.
Chemistry
Some basic concepts of chemistry, Chemical bonding, redox reactions, elements of groups 1 and 2, adsorption, and colloids (surface chemistry), Atomic structure, states of matter (gaseous and liquid), hydrocarbons Basic principles of organic chemistry.
Physics
Electrostatics, Laws of Motion, Motion in a Plane, Gravitation, Semiconductors, Thermal properties of matter; sound; optics.
MHT CET Engineering 2022 Pattern
The MHT CET Engineering 2023 exam will take 180 minutes to complete. The exam questions will all be multiple-choice questions. There will be 150 total questions and 200 total points for the engineering exam.
The MHT CET 2023 test will have three papers: Paper 1, which covers mathematics, Paper 2, which covers integrated physics and chemistry, and Paper 3, which covers biology. For engineering programmes (PCM Group), candidates must take Papers 1 and 2, while Papers 2 and 3 are necessary for pharmacy courses (PCB Group).
