The MD/MS seats have been added by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) to the NEET PG 2022 Counseling Round 1 seat matrix. All candidates who have registered can access the list of available seats at mcc.nic.in, the MCC’s official website.
NEET PG examination is held for admission into MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses in medical colleges across India. To get admission to MD, MS, and diploma courses in medical colleges, candidates need to qualify the NEET PG exam. No other examinations are valid for admission into the above-mentioned courses.
Notification From MCC
The Medical Counseling Committee has issued a formal statement stating that it has received information from the institutions regarding new seats that could not be contributed by the colleges before the beginning of Round 1 of PG Counseling 2022 due to Letters of Permission from NMC being received after the beginning of Round 1 of counselling.
For the sake of candidates, the authority has decided to include the following MD/MS seats in the seat matrix of Round 1 of PG Counseling 2022. The Medical colleges from Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh have announced new seats.
NEET PG 2022 Counselling & Seat Allotment
The NEET PG 2022 Counselling will be conducted in multiple rounds. The seats will be allotted to candidates as per their filled choices and seat availability. NEET PG Counselling 1st round seat allotment result will be released on September 28.
