Registration for the NID DAT 2023 will begin today, October 22. All the candidates who want to register for NID DAT 2023 can do it through the official website.
The National Institute of Design (NID) will be starting the NID DAT 2023 registrations from today, October 22. All the candidates who want to register for DAT 2023 can start registering through the official website at admissions.nid.edu.
The NID DAT 2023 preliminary examination for B.Des and M.Des courses is scheduled to be held on January 8, 2023. Candidates should thoroughly read the NID DAT information brochure before filling in the application form. The application process with a late fee will be continued till December 19, 2022.
B.DES ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates who have passed higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2022–23 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc.) are eligible to apply for the DAT 2023 exam. To apply for the B.Des exam, one should not be born before July 2003 (age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants).
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IN M.DES
To apply for M.Des, a candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree of a minimum of 4-year duration in any specialization, or a full-time Diploma of a minimum of 4-year. Candidates should not be born before July 1991. Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants.
NID DAT 2023 APPLICATION FORM: STEPS TO REGISTER
Candidates can follow the below mentioned steps to register for NID DAT 2023.
- Visit the official website of NID at admissions.nid.edu.
- On the homepage, click on the “signup” tab.
- An application form will appear on the screen.
- Fill in the application form with details such as nationality, category, disability, birthdate, email, mobile number, etc.
- Fill in the personal and educational details and work experience (only M.Des).
- Upload required documents such as photographs, signatures, caste or PWD certificates, and passports.
- Pay the application fee.
- Download the NID DAT 2023 application form for future reference.
