Holding the banner of Masala Pix along with MKRP Productions, Thalli Pogathey is produced and directed by R. Kannan. Thalli Pogathey is a Tamil remake of the Telugu movie Ninnu Kori (2017).
The music has been composed by Gopi Sunder, with Selva RK as the editor, and N Shanmuga Sundaram handling the cinematography of the film! The film’s art direction has been rendered by M. Raj Kumar.
Thalli Pogathey Release Date
Though the film’s production has been going on for a long and it was to be released earlier on October 14, the release got delayed, recently postponed again from 3rd Dec to theatrical release on December 24, 2021. Now also available on Amazon Prime Video.

Thalli Pogathey Star Cast
We see Atharvaa playing the role of Karthik, whereas Anupama Parameswaran plays the female lead of Pallavi, whose voice has been dubbed by Chinmayi. Apart from them, Amitash Pradhan plays the role of Arun, Aadukalam Naren plays the role of Pallavi’s father, and Kaali Venkat, Jagan, Vidyullekha Raman, and R. S. Shivaji are also seen in pivotal roles.
Thalli Pogathey Plot
The typical romance drama, Thalli Pogathey revolves around the life of three people, Karthik, Pallavi, and Arun, where Karthik and Pallavi love each other. But what comes as a surprise, Karthik rejects Pallavi’s proposal to marriage and Pallavi moves on.
Pallavi gets married to Arun and they both shift to France. Separation makes Karthik realize his mistake and soon he moves to France after a year with a hope to win Pallavi back, not realizing that she’s now married to Arun!
The movie is set in a typical Romance setting where we see every shade of emotion coming into action, with love and heartbreak taking place at the same time. A youthful story of a young couple, Thalli Pogathey is one of the most-awaited movies of the Telugu industry.

The trailer takes a drastic turn with Pallavi in tears when she leaves Karthik and the country to be with Arun and Karthik goes after her realizing that he still loves her! The trailer gives us a glimpse of a whirlwind of romance on one hand and the dreaded heartbreak on the other.

The creators of the film shared the first look of the movie in the year 2020, with Karthik and Pallavi holding on to each other in a much-loved look and Eiffel Tower creating the background of the poster. The poster seems to be filled with nothing else but love!
