The homegrown leading digital platform Zee5 recently announced that its upcoming courtroom drama movie 420 IPC is soon going to release in December month. Check out the Release Date, Cast, Makers & More updates.
Synopsis
420 IPC is a suspense thriller that revolves around a C.A( Chartered Accountant), who is accused of forgery, and hence, has to prove himself innocent in court. It is written by Manish Gupta, who earlier wrote another intriguing film Section 375 starring Akshay Khanna & Richa Chadha. He is also the director of the 420 IPC.

It includes the versatile actors Vinay Pathak who is in the titular role of (Chartered Accountant) playing as Bansi Keswani, Gul Panag is playing his wife’s role, Ranvir Shorey is playing the public prosecutor, who is Parsi, and Rohan Vinod Mehra is also the part of the film.

The production studio Zee5 on Wed, Nov 24 launched a motion poster of the film featuring Vinay Pathak who is reciting a dialogue, ” Lakshmi To Maa Hai, Aur Maa Ki Dekhbhaal Karna To har Insaan Ka Farz Hota Hai” they also wrote the caption giving a bit detail about the character, “Meet Bansi Keswani, CA by profession. Innocent or Guilty? A Crook or a Victim?”

They also announced the release date in the caption with the Hashtag “Every Coin Has Two Sides” 420 IPC will premiere on 17 Dec 2021 on the Over The Top (OTT) Platform Zee5. It is produced by Rajesh Kejriwal along with Gurpal Sachar under the banner of Zee5 and Kyoorius Digital P.L.

What is 420 IPC?
Let you know that 420 IPC is a section under the Indian Penal Code (I.P.C) for which the maximum punishment if found guilty is 7 years with a fine.
Director Gupta recently said in an interview that he had done extensive research for the project he said about the film, ” An Intricate Web-Like Plot Woven Around the Mechanics of Economic Offences is the Crux & The Mystery unfolds Slowly and Steadily, Keeping One Intrigued Till The End.” The trailer is expected within a week.
