It seems the month of November is going to be very interesting for Tamil moviegoers as there is a line-up of films that are set to be released in the month, especially in the first week.
Tamil thriller film 4554 is among the films that are set to have a theatrical release soon. It is directed by Dr. Karnan Mariyappan, who, apart from being a filmmaker, is also a doctor. He is also backing the project under the banner of his Mannan Studios.
4554 Star Cast
The film stars actor Ashok Kumar Balakrishnan in the lead role. He is known for appearing in Ramanand Sagar’s Shree Krishna Serial and is now working in the South Indian film industry. The actor rose to fame after playing the title role in the 2007 Tamil film Murugan, alongside Shruti Sharma and Vadivelu. It was his debut feature film.
His most recent release is the Tamil film Bestie, starring him along with Yashika Anand in the lead role. 4554 has Vinoth Gandhi as the cinematographer and Rashaanth Arwin as the music composer.
4554 Release Date
The makers of the film have revealed the release date of the film. 4554 will be released in theatres on November 4 and faces a direct clash with films like Coffee With Kadhal, Nitham Oru Vaanam, Kanden Unnai Thanthen Ennai and the Tamil dubbed version of the Kannada film “Banaras“. So it will be interesting to see which film is going to win audience hearts as well as the BO race.
4554 Teaser Out
The official teaser of the film has been out on the official YouTube channel of Moviebuff Tamil. The one-minute long promo features Ashok Kumar in the lead role of a cab driver. It seems the film will explore the journey of the lead actor’s character, who earns his livelihood by driving a cab that has 4554 on its number plate.
Although the teaser doesn’t reveal much about the film, it has given us the idea of the film’s plot that it is going to be a road adventure film.
The first look of the film was released by National Award-winning filmmaker GV Prakash in August this year.
