Kiranraj K’s latest flick 777 Charlie which is a moving tale of a human-animal friendship, was released in cinemas worldwide on 10 June 2022. It opened with positive reviews from the critics and further got good response from the movielovers, especially in the home market (Kannada).
On Day 1 with an overall occupancy of 55.33% in Kannada, the film manages to collect over Rs 5.5 crores in the state. It saw an increasing trend in the collection on evening and night shows with 61.46% and 78.34% occupancy respectively.

The total day 1 collection of 777 Charlie stands at Rs 6.2 Cr+, response in the Hindi market is very poor, many blaming the distributor as people aren’t getting to watch the flick owing to limited shows.

As per the reports, the film has 44.25% morning occupancy on Saturday (Day 2), on Day 1 it was 33.36%, so going by this, Charlie will definitely rake in more moolah on Saturday than Friday at the box office.
The afternoon shows witness over 50% occupancy with a huge jump in evening and night shows in occupancy as compared to yesterday. It collects around Rs 7.80 Cr (All Languages) on day 2 , the total two days’ collections stands at Rs 14 Cr.
About the Film
Rakshit Shetty is playing Dharma, who is a loner, who thinks whatever he is doing is right, and the society doesn’t understand him. Further, a dog named Charlie comes into his life. The story is all about a touching tale of bonding and companionship between the man and the dog.
