Riding on extremely positive word of mouth Rakshit Shetty’s 777 Charlie keeps box office momentum going even after entering the 3rd week. The film grossed Rs 90 Cr gross mark recently and to join the 100 cr club soon.
It is a huge feat to achieve for a small film that is made on a meager budget of around Rs 15 Cr. Kiranraj K directed has been receiving a positive response from all quarters. On the online ticket bookings sites Book My Show the film has garnered 97% positive feedback.
Outranks RRR on IMDb
Entertainment portal Binged recently reported that 777 Charlie outranked Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR on the coveted online database of information site (IMDb). RRR holds 169th rank among the 250 Indian movies of all time, while Charlie with 9.2 ratings (when it tops RRR) was at the 116th Rank based on 9k+ votes. KGF starring Yash holds Rank 101 on IMDb’s list of Indian movies of all time.

Box Office Collection Day 20
As per the reports, it crosses Rs 75 Cr mark in India on Wed (Day 20), the film has been seeing a consistent occupancy report in the home market (Karnataka) from where it sees the most of its earnings coming.
Talking about the worldwide box office collections, 777 Charlie has grossed over Rs 91 crores and is expected to join the coveted 100 cr club by the fourth weekend. 777 Charlie will become the second Kannada film in the year to do so, if it crosses the 100 crore mark, after KGF 2.

Kiranraj K directed and wrote 777 Charlie, it is bankrolled by GS Gupta and Rakshit Shetty himself under the banner Paramvah Studios. It was released on June 10 and has a runtime of 164 minutes (2hrs 44 min). The film was opened with extremely positive responses from the critics and has been receiving positive feedback from all the quarters.
