Rakshit Shetty led adventure comedy 777 Charlie has been receiving rave reviews from the audience ever since it hit the theatres. The film is performing very well at the box office.

Reportedly, the small film has covered its budget within five days and still continues to rake in the moolah with good occupancy reports. 777 Charlie was released on June 10 in multiple languages, it was opened with positive reviews from the critics.

CM Basavaraj Bommai watched 777 Charlie

As the film is continuing its winning run at the box office, recently it is learned that the makers of the film hosted a special screening for Karanataka CM Basavaraj Bommai on Monday.

After watching the film the CM couldn’t hold back his tears as he is seen getting teary-eyed in the viral pictures from the post-screening media interaction. The screening was held at the Orion Mall, Rajajinagar area, Bengaluru.

The politician praises the film and encouraged everyone to watch it, he said that the dog expresses its emotion through its eyes, its unconditional love is pure. It is a good film, everyone should watch it.

Rakshit also took to Twitter to express his thankfulness to the CM, he wrote it was a special day, thanks to the honorable CM for watching the film and extending full support to the team.

It is known that the Karnataka CM is himself a dog lover, his dog, Sunny passed away last year, the pictures of CM and his family mourning the loss of Sunny had gone viral at that time.
