The romantic Telugu film Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali or AAGMC starring Sudheer Babu and Kirthi Shetty graced the cinemas on Sept 16, it opened with mostly negative reviews from the critics and has taken a dismal start at the box office.
It is directed and written by Mohana Krishna Indragati, who has earlier worked with Sudheer in Sammohanam and V. AAGMK is produced by B Mahendra Babu and Kiran Ballapalli under the production house of Benchmark Studios and Mythri Movie Makers.

Box Office Collection Day 1
Sudheer Babu’s film locked horns with Silambarasan’s The Life of Muthu on Sept 17. AAGMC is already getting negative reviews from the audience and on top of it, the clash will further hinder its collections. It looks like AAGMK will become the affair of 1 week only.
As per the trade estimations, it takes a start of Rs 40 L shares at the box office worldwide, which consists Rs 28-30 L shares in AP-TG.
AAGMK Budget and Screen Counts
Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali is made on a budget of 20 crores, as per the reports. And has been released in over 350 theatres in the Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana which consist of 180+ theatres in Andhra followed by 120 in Nizam and approx 50 theatres in Ceeded. It has occupied around 50+ theatres in Karnataka and the rest of India and overseas theatre counts are 200, making the worldwide theatre count to 600+.

AAGMK Reviews
Negative reviews are pouring in for the flick from the critics and the audience alike. It is being panned for its uneven first half, slow pace, music and weak writing while interval twists and the final half an hour is said to be the highlight.
Telugu portals, 123telugu rated the film 2.75/5, Venkat Arikatla of greatandhra.com rated the movie 2 out of 5, Mirchi 9 gave 2.25 out of 5, Telugu cinema critic Jalapathy Gudeli rated 2.5 stars, and a critic of The Hans India gave the 2 out of 5 stars.
