English comedian-actor Ricky Gervais is soon to be seen in the third season of his hit black comedy show After Life. Ricky has written, created, directed, executive produced, and also acts in the series.
The show was renewed for season 3 in February this year, after the overall deal signed between Ricky and Netflix, thereby it will be the third and the final season of the show.
Synopsis
After Life revolves around the main lead Tony (Ricky) who after the death of his wife, who died owing to breast cancer, is depressed and suicidal and now, wants the world to face his wrath by saying and doing whatever he wants, he thinks that it is his superpower, to be carefree and not think about anyone else, but his plan tweaked as everybody around him wants to save the nice journalist guy, they would know.

- David Bradley in Tony’s dad role-plays as Ray Johnson
- Other actors include Anti, Michelle Greenidge, Tommy Finnegan, Thomas Bastable, Laura Patch, Tracy Ann Oberman, Peter Egan Colin Hoult, and Bill Ward will also recur in the final season.
After Life Season 3 Episodes
The two seasons of the show is consist of 12 episodes, so we can assume that the third season will also have 6 episodes. The show is backed by Charlie Hanson under the banner of Dereck Productions Limited. Cinematography and Editing have been carried out by Martin Hawkins and Jo Walker, Ricky along with Duncan Hayes are the executive producer of the show, each episode has a runtime of 25 to 30 minutes.

The Teaser Trailer of After Life3 was unveiled earlier this Nov on the official YouTube channel of the main lead Ricky Gervais, and also Ricky recently announced the premiere date of the show through a tweet he wrote, ” Official Artwork For AfterLife 3, On Netflix around the world, Friday 14th January”
Hence After Life3 will be premiered on 14 January 2022 on the leading streaming platform Netflix for the worldwide audience.
