Acclaimed director Kogonada’s most-awaited American Science fiction drama film After Yang is all set to be delivered in the upcoming days.
Kogonada is a South Korea-born American filmmaker who is best known for his exceptional work in the 2017 American Drama film Columbus.
The film will star Global Golden Award-winning actor Colin Farrell, who is known for his excellent work in the movies like The Lobster, Seven Psychopaths, Ondine, etc.
After Yang is the much-awaited project of Kogonada and is expected to be a hit as it has a brilliant star cast.

After Yang Release Date
Earlier, the film premiered at the 74th Cannes Film Festival on July 8, 2021. After that, it also had the world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 21, 2022, where it won the Alfred P. Sloan Prize.
The film will have its theatrical release and online streaming on the same day on March 4, 2022. The theatrical distribution rights are bagged by A24 and while online streaming rights are acquired by the American Television premiere network, Showtime.

In the trailer Jake (Collin) was seen searching for a way to repair his young daughter Mika (Malea Emma)’s beloved companion Yang, who is an android and got malfunctioned.
