We have recently seen the music director turned actor G.V Prakash Kumar’s film Bachelor and Jail where despite the average box office collection of the film, all praised the performance of the actor whether the critics or the audience.
Now, another Music director turned actor is soon going to appear on your digital screens. One of the successful Music Director turned Actor of south cinema, Hip Hop Tamizha Aadhi, is coming with his rural drama film Anbarivu on the digital platform Disney+Hotstar.
Production
The Makers announced the film in Dec 2020, and the filming wrapped up in Oct this year, though the Anbarivu is a rural drama we can expect some outdoor scenes also as a few sequences are shot in Russia also. It is directed by Aswin Raam.
Star Cast of Anbarivu
Anbarivu is set on a village backdrop, where Aadhi is playing a double role Anbu and Arivu, Kashmira Pardeshi & Shivani Rajasekar is his female counterparts, other actors includes Asha Sharath, Urvashi, Napolean, Vidharth, Sanjeev Venkat, Dheena and Sharath Ravi are also playing pivotal roles.
Anbarivu Disney+Hotstar Release Date
Anbarivu will not release on the theatres as the makers recently announced that the film is opted to direct digital release, thereby, the Anbarivu will directly be premiered on the leading digital platform Disney+Hotstar. Though the makers haven’t announced the release date yet, the film is expected to release by early next year.

The actor’s third collab with Sathya Jyoti films?
Anbarivu is backed by T.G Thyagarajan and made under the banner of Sathya Jyoti Films, Aadhi’s recent release comedy film Sivakumarin Sabadham also was made under the same banner, which got decent box office collection. In oct the actor announced the third continuous collaboration with the production house, though the title is yet to be chosen, The Aswini Ram will direct that film.
On the technical front Madhesh, Manickam has handled the cinematography, the editing is done by Pradeep E.Ragav & The music is given by Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi himself.
On the work front, apart from the one film that Aadhi has promised with Sathya Jyoti production, he will also be seen in two other films, which have been recently announced.
Though the title names of those also haven’t been announced, the actor will reportedly play Super Hero Minnal Veeran and Multiverse Kovai Veeran respectively in those films. Anbarivu will mark his 5th film as an actor in the south Indian industry. The trailer of the film is expected to come by Dec last.
