The film is based on the book “The Untold Vajpayee: Politician and Paradox” written by Ullekh NP and published by Penguin Random House India, is titled Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon Ya Desh Rehna Chahiye- Atal. The audience will get to know many aspects of Vajpayee’s life through this biographical drama.
2 official trailers have been released ahead of the release in theatres. Acting sensation Pankaj Tripathi’s avatar as former Indian Prime Minister is loved by the audiences. Another side some fans are not satisfied with the making, criticizing the attempt at mimicry.
Main Atal Hoon Release Date
Along with the announcement video, the makers of the film also revealed its release date but that date was changed later. It was set to be released on Christmas 2023 on the occasion of Good Governance Day and the 99th birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee but got the new change later as the makers tried hard to match Atat Vihari Bajpayee’s aura.
The film’s announcement was made on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022 via a 21-second long video clip revealing the title of the film and the voice-over of Atal Bihari Vajpayee from his iconic No Confidence Motion Speech “The game of power will go on, the governments will come and go, parties will form and collapse, but the nation should always remain there”.

The movie is directed by Ravi Jadhav, produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Vishal Gurnani, and Kamlesh Bhanushali, and co-produced by Juhi Parekh Mehta, Zeeshan Ahamad, and Shivv Sharma.
The film is being presented by Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios. The lead star cast of the film is none other than, today’s acting sensation Pankaj Tripathi. Piyush Mishra, Raja Rameshkumar Sevak, Payal Nair, Daya Shankar Pandey, and others in important roles.
