It had taken a poor start at the box office. The film opened with 20 L** followed by a 25L** on day 2 and witnessed a below 1 crore weekend. The poor performance of the film is said to be because of the film’s clash with Kantara and Gandhada Gudi.
The latter two movies have acquired most of the screens in Karnataka, the home market. And doing reasonably well at the box office even in their end runs. The performance of the Zaid Khan starrer on the weekdays is negligible. The film hasn’t touched the 2 crore mark yet.
