Akkineni Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju after grossing big on Sankranti, has now entered into its second day. It is a supernatural drama, written and directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala.
Bangarraju released on Jan 14, opened with mass footfalls at the cinema halls which resulted in a big box office collection. After seeing the love from the audience at the cinema halls Nagarjuna indicated that the third installment could also be on the way.
He recently said in an interview that “We May Come Up with Third Part but not Immediately. We, Will, start Discussing Story Ideas for Third part soon.”
Day 1 Box Office Collection
As we have witnessed that the film accumulated huge on its opening day despite, corona fear among the public and many theatres opening with half occupancy. Bangarraju still minted the share of Rs 10.4 crore approx. on Day1 (Friday) with Rs 17.5 cr gross (roughly Rs 11 crore Nett) worldwide.
The film collected more from the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, in particular from the Nizam area from where it collected Rs 2.08 crores of shares with a gross collection of Rs 3.8 crores.
Despite the low prices of movie tickets in the state, It minted Rs 7.8 crores gross from the Andhra box office. It grossed Rs 1.1 crores from the Karnataka Box Office and close to 1 crore from the BO U.S.A.
Day 2 Box Office Collection
Talking about the Day 2 Box Office Collection, the film reportedly has seen fewer footfalls at the cinema halls than opening day, hence as per our early estimates, It would mint around Rs 7.5 crore Nett at the box office India on Jan 15 (Saturday)

Thereby the two days (Friday & Saturday) box office collection of Bangarraju is (Rs 11.0 cr + 7.5 cr) Rs 18.5 cr Nett approximately at the Box Office India.
