Actress Shruti Haasan is all set to be back on the digital screen with her new age suspense thriller called Bestseller.
Shruti is a talented actress and playback singer, who made her Bollywood debut with Soham Shah’s 2009 Hindi action thriller film Luck opposite Imran Khan.
Before making her entry into Hindi Cinema, she already worked in many South Indian movies. Apart from Hindi, She predominantly worked in Telugu and Tamil Cinema.
She also worked in the American Action drama television series Treadstone, which premiered in 2019 on USA Network.
She made her comeback to Hindi cinema with the 2020 suspense drama short film Devi, after taking a three-year-long break.
Her last Hindi film was The Power, an action thriller where she played opposite Vidyut Jammwal. The film is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
Last year, Shruti made her debut with Telugu anthology drama Pitha Kaalu which was premiered on February 19, 2021, on OTT streaming giant Netflix.
Now she will be back with her new psychological drama Bestseller soon which is a web adaptation of Indian author Ravi Subramanian’s novel The Bestseller She Wrote.
It is a mixture of love, betrayal and redemption and was published in March 2017.

Bestseller Announcement
Actress Shruti Haasan made the official announcement of her upcoming new age psychological thriller drama series on January 28, 2022 on the occasion of her 36th birthday.
She dropped the poster of the series and captioned it “Yahan kitaab aur kirdar dono ki hai apni apni kahani”.
The first look was looking so promising where Shruti was seen with her co-stars, having an intense look on her face.
Actor Arjan Bajwa was also seen in the intense look, sitting on the heap of books. We could easily guess that this series is going to be a bag full of suspense and a lot of revelations.

Bestseller is a new age psychological thriller series that comprises eight episodes. This most-awaited series will premiere on OTT streaming giant Amazon Prime Video on February 18, 2022.

Bestseller Plot
The story of this drama series revolves around Aditya Kapoor (Arjan Bajwa), who is one of the best selling authors as well as a banker, and Shreya (Shruti Haasan), who is a student and wants to become a bestseller author.
Not much has been revealed about the series but surely it is going to be a series worth watching.
