Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi is set to come up with his upcoming film, ‘Bhola Shankar’ soon. Touted-to-be a Telugu action film, Bhola Shankar is directed by Meher Ramesh known for directing the Kannada film Veera Kannadiga and the Telugu film Billa.
The film marks the 7th directorial venture of the director. It is the first time in his career Meher Ramesh is collaborating with Chiranjeevi. Its official launch was held on November 11 and the short began on November 15, 2021.
Bhola Shankar Star Cast
Megastar Chiranjeevi is playing the title role in the film. His recent release was the action drama film Waltair Veerayya, which is the highest-grossing Telugu movie of 2023, so far.
Directed by Meher Ramesh, Bhola Shankar stars actress Tamannaah Bhatia opposite the megastar in the second collaboration after the 2019 historical drama film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
Keerthy Suresh is also one of the lead stars of the film and she is playing Chiranjeevi’s sister in it. Earlier Sai Pallavi was approached for this role but she rejected it due to creative differences.
Additionally, the film stars Murali Sharma, Raghu Babu, Rao Ramesh, Vennela Kishore, P. Ravi Shankar, Tulasi Shivamani, Pragathi, Sreemukhi, Bithiri Sathi, Satya Akkala, Rashmi Gautam, Uttej, Getup Srinu, and Lobo.
Bhola Shankar Release Date Out
It was earlier scheduled to be released in April 2023. However, recently makers of the film confirmed that Bholaa Shankar now has a new release date of 11 August 2023.

The film is being produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under the banners of AK Entertainment and Creative Commercials. Dudley has cranked the camera for the film, Marthand K. Venkatesh has taken care of editing work whereas Mahati Swara Sagar has composed the music of the film.
