Season one of Bigg Boss Malayalam began on March 27 and will conclude on July 3, 2022. There were a total of 20 constants in season 4. Actor and dancer Dilsha Prasannan emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 4, and she was also the first female winner of Bigg Boss Malayalam. The runner-up of the season was Bleslee.
