The fantasy action film Bimbisara is nearing its end at the box office, the film has reaped huge profits for the buyers and has emerged as a blockbuster. It broke the two-month box office drought of TFI.
The film has grossed over Rs 62 crores at the box office worldwide and has made over Rs 20 crore profit, as per the trade reports. It is directed by the debutante Mallidi Vasshistha and produced by Hari Krishna K under N.T.R Arts.

Mallidi to Hike Remuneration for Sequel?
As we know that ahead of the release, makers had announced to turn the film into a franchise, now after the huge success of Bimbisara, the second part looks like will go on floors soon. Reportedly the debutante director Vasshista has asked for Rs 3 crores as his remuneration for the sequel and it is also being said that Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts already paid the advance and has blocked the dates.
Crosses 50 Cr in Telugu States
Bimbisara was opened with flying colors at the box office and raked in over 15 cr shares on its first weekend. It continued the momentum throughout week 1 and again witnessed the jump in the collection during the second weekend. The film remains steady on the third week weekdays as well. Now it has crossed the Rs 50 crore mark at the box office in Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana), as per Telugu box office tracker T2BLive.

Box Office Collection Day 20
Kalyan Ram starrer had completed the breakeven in its first weekend itself and currently is in the profit of Rs 20 crores+. The film has grossed over Rs 62 crore at the box office worldwide, so far. It was steady on the weekdays and saw a slight jump in collections on Tuesday. Now as per the trade reports, it again showed a dip in collections on Wed, the film accumulated Rs 50 L on Day 20.
