Actor Nandamuri Kalayan Ram starrer Telugu fantasy action film is ready to hit the OTT after creating havoc at the box-office. The film is directed and written by debutant Mallidi Vassishta.
Filming of Bimbisara started in 2020 and ended in November 2021 with delay due to COVID-19 pandemic. It was shot at Ramakrishna Studios in Hyderabad. Hari Krishna K. bankrolled the film under the banner of N.T.R. Arts whereas it is scored by M.M. Keeravani composed the song with Chirrantan Bhatt.

Bimbisara OTT Release Date
As the film has done extremely well at box-office, now everyone is asking about its OTT release. The movie’s makers established agreements with OTT service Zee5.
Earlier, it was being said that the film would have its OTT streaming after 5 weeks of its theater release, but as the film turned out to be a big blockbuster, it seems the film took a bit longer to be available on Zee5. So wait for 21st of Oct, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

Bimbisara Reviews & Box-Office Collection
Bimbisara was released on August 5, 2022 and received positive response from critics as well as audience. The film made on a budget of Rs. 40 crore, collected a grossed collection of Rs. 11.50 crore on its opening day and Rs. 30 core in its first weekend worldwide, despite facing a direct clash with Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur starrer romantic period drama film Sita Raman, which also received critical acclaimed and commercial success, grossing over Rs. 78 cr at the box-office.
After having a successful theater run of four weeks, the film is near the end of its theatrical run. The overall collection of the film now stands at Rs. 52.5 crore gross, as per Telugu BO tracker T2BLive. It is expected to wrap under Rs. 55-60 crores in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Kalyan Ram’s performance in Bimbisara is being called as his career-best performance. In addition to this, the direction, film score, visual effects and action sequences garnered a lot of praise.
