Ryan Coogler’s directorial Black Panther 2 is all set to hit the screens on Nov 11, worldwide. In India, it will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Black Panther 2 marks the final or 7th film in MCU’s phase 4, earlier six films got rave responses from the audience especially the past 3 films Spiderman: No Way Home, Doctor Strange 2, and Thor 4.

Black Panther 2 Advance Bookings and Budget
It is said to be made on a budget of $150M (INR 1250 crores approx). The limited advance bookings of the movie were opened on Oct 21 three weeks ahead of the film’s release.
The full-fledged bookings have been opened, and it has sold the overall tickets worth around 3.35 Cr at the advance bookings for day 1, as of Thu noon. With this, it has touched the 1 L ticket sale mark. Around 103967 tickets have been sold so far. With half a day left, it is expected to touch the 5 Cr mark from the pre-sales.
Earlier, the advance bookings for Doctor Strange 2 were opened a month ago and the film took a 4th all-time day 1 start in India. The advance sales are much below then the former, however, it is certain to take a double-digit start.
Black Panther 2 Screen Counts and Buzz
It is expected to be released on 2200-2500 screens in India, the flick has created much curiosity among moviegoers through its trailer. On Bookmyshow, over 226.2K people have shown their interest to watch the film, so far. The runtime is 164minutes or 2hrs 44minutes.
Only two Hollywood films that went past the 100 crore nett mark this year belong to marvel, Doctor Strange 2 and Thor 4. Now it remains to be seen whether Wakanda Forever does the same or not. However, James Cameron directed the much-hyped Avatar 2 is also among the movies that are expected to wreak havoc at the box office.

MCU has showcased why it is important for films to have interlinked stories, movies like Thor 4 have done more than their merit because they have stories that complement the stories that are to follow in the franchise. And not to forget that it has also a huge dedicated fan base, therefore they are able to translate the hype and anticipation into their benefit.
Thor 4 despite the mixed talks has opened to the all-time 5th highest-grosser. As per the early projection, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be eying a start of at least 15 crores in India becoming all time 6th highest-grosser opener.
