Ranbir’s Brahmastra is taking the box office by storm, the fantasy adventure has crossed the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 lifetime and will enter the coveted 200 crore club on Sun.
After more than usual drop in the weekdays, it starts showing growth on the weekend. It clocked in over Rs 170 Cr in the first week and jumped by 5% on its second Friday, the biz is expected to grow over the weekend as well.

Brahmastra has raked in a similar amount to its first Monday on Day 9, yes! you read that right, the film witnessed excellent advance sales for Saturday. It sold over 1.7 L tickets worth Rs 5.35 crores for Day 9 (Saturday) making it the 4th biggest day for the flick in terms of advance sales.

Brahmstra Box Office Collection Day 9
The science fiction Brahmastra Day 9 collection is around 14.50 Cr Nett in all languages, it is over 56% growth compared to Friday. Despite the mixed talks, Ranbir-Alia starrer has managed to draw in footfalls at the ticket windows, multiplexes are showing growth in terms of footfalls while single screens remain steady.

2nd highest grosser 2022
The total collection of Brahmastra now stands at Rs 192.50 crores and crossing the 200 Cr mark on Sunday, will be the cakewalk for the flick.
With this, it beats the lifetime domestic biz of Bhool Bhualiyaa 2 of Rs 185.92 crores to become the 2nd highest grosser of 2022, domestically for an outright Hindi film. It also beats the lifetime of Ranbir’s 2013 blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (Rs 188.57 crores) to become the 2nd highest grosser of all time for the actor after Sanju (Rs 342.53 crores).
To finish with Rs 300 Cr lifetime
With the upward trend on the 2nd weekend, it seems Ranbir’s film will see its lifetime to finish with Rs 275-300 crores becoming the highest grosser of 2022 beating Tha Kashmir Files’ total domestic biz (Rs 252.90 crores).
