Kollywood actor Sumanth Reddy aka Vaibhav was seen in a Tamil movie Buffoon. The first look poster of the film was unveiled at March-end last year featuring Vaibhav, the film seems distinct from the poster. Earlier it was being said that Vaibhav starrer would be a comedy-drama, but the teaser and trailer suggested it action thriller.
Directed by the debutante filmmaker Ashok Veerappan, the film is produced by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam, Sudhan Sundaram and Jayaram under the banner Stone benchers.
Buffoon Star Cast
Ashok along with the direction also co-written the screenplay for the film, it stars Vaibhav and budding south actress Anagha Maruthora as a main lead actor and actress. Other star cast includes Mollywood actor Joju George, Anthakudi Ilayaraja, Naren Moonar Ramesh, Tamizh, Adukalam Jeyabalan, and Madurai M.P. Vishwanathan.
Buffoon Release Date & OTT
The release date of Buffoon was confirmed with its official trailer ‘23rd of September 2022‘. Now available on OTT platform, Netflix from 14th of Oct.
Vaibhav-Anagha starrer is co-produced by Kal Raman, S.Somasegar, and Kalyan Subramaniam & is a Santhosh Narayanan musical. Lyricists are Raja Gurusamy, Muthamizh Uma Devia, and Durai. Dinesh Puroshothaman is on board for the cinematography and the editing is done by Vetre Krishnan.

Buffoon Trailer
The story follows the state police is all geared up to catch the most notorious smuggling don Dhanapal alive within a period of six months. The trailer is filled with some action sequences, police are planning to fetch Dhanapal, the amazing cinematography including an aerial shot at 0:04 sec, and the BGM used in the film by Santhosh Narayanan, which is receiving a lot of praise from the viewers.

On the Workfront, last year Vaibhav was seen in a Venkat Prabhu directorial web series Live Telecast and comedy film Malaysia To Amnesia, the actor has two more films in the pipeline Kaatteri and Aalambana.
