Chhalle Mundiyan Punjabi Movie

Chhalle Mundiyan is an upcoming Punjabi romantic comedy film which is directed by actor-director Sunil Puri known for his being featured in movies like Rab Kolon Darr Sajna, Ab to Jeene Do, Zulm Ka Jawab as well as his directorial work in 2015 rom-com “Sadi Gali Aaya Karo”.

Chhalle Mundiyan Star Cast

The film stars Punjabi superstar and singer Ammy Virk in the lead role as Pammy and actress Mandy Takhar opposite him Jassi. The lead actor duo has previously worked together in the 2016 film Ardaas.

Virk was recently seen in Jagdeep Sidhu directorial Sher Bagga alongside Sonam Bajwa whereas Mandy last featured in “Yes I Am Student”, opposite late Punjabi singer-actor Sidhu Mossewala. Apart from the leading star cast, Chhalle Mundiyan also stars Kulwinder Billa, Sonia Kaur, Karamjit Anmol, Sunil Puri, Guramjit Pal Singh and Gurjit Pal Singh in the pivotal roles.

Technical Crew

Guramjit and Gurjit are also backing the project under the banner of SAA Films Production whereas Raju Verma is the writer of the film’s script. The rest of the team includes Akash Pandey and Manoj Shaw as cinematographers andRohit Dhiman as editor.

Talking about the film’s music, Gurmeet Singh, Sachin Ahuja, Laddi Gill are composing are serving as the music director, Sandeep Saxena is composing the background score and Fateh Shergill, Sanjeev Anand and Happy Raikoti have penned the lyrics.

The makers of the film have finally announced its release date and it is now confirmed that the film will skip the theatrical release and go with a direct-to-OTT release. Chhalle Mundiyan will premiere on streaming platform Sony LIV on 23rd September, 2022. So, mark your calendar and enjoy the rom-com online on the mentioned date.

Chhalle Mundiyan Trailer Out

The trailer of the film is out now and this 3-minute long trailer is jam-packed with humorous dialogue and situational humour. It shows Ammy Virk as Pammi, who returns to Punjab from abroad with a caucasian woman and a child of his friend.

But the love of his life Jassi turns upside down as she assumes Pammi is married. The confusion doesn’t end here and Pammi assumes that Jassi too is married when he sees her with a kid.

This confusion leads to their marriage to different people. However, the drama starts after that, when the girl who had been engaged to Pammi, has an affair with Kulwinder Billa’s character.
