After getting a great response from the viewers, the makers of Chhorii are all set to back with its sequel titled Chhorii 2. Chhorrii was the remake of the 2017 Marathi-language Horror film Lapachhapi.
Chhorii is a Hindi horror flick that successfully won the hearts in 2021. After receiving praises worldwide, the makers of the film are all set to mark a step forward with its sequel.

Chhorii 2 OTT Release Date
This much-awaited horror drama will be released in Summer 2023, as they revealed in their announcement video. The makers of the movie wrapped up the shooting of season 2. Season 1 of the show was released on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, and season 2 will also stream on the same.
The first part of the film was released on November 26, 2021. The film had a direct digital release on Amazon Prime Video.
Chhorii 2 Star Cast
Bollywood actor Nushrratt Bharucha, who played the leading role of a pregnant woman named Sakshi in Chhorii will return to play the same role in the upcoming sequel. She will portray Sakshi’s story from the place it left off with the first movie. Sakshi is an 8-month-old pregnant woman who was protecting her unborn child from the evil spirits.
Saurav Goyal played the male role of Hemant in the first movie. Apart from Saurav, Meeta Vashisht, Rajesh Jais, Pallavi Ajay and Yaaneea Bhardwaj also played important roles in the first movie.
The sequel brings the entire cast and crew back to work. Some new characters can be included in the film, as per the requirement of the script. Soha Ali Khan and Gahsmeer Mahajani are popular names added to this film.
The Actress Nushratt Bharuchha herself shared an announcement video on Twitter, she critically acclaimed for her performance in the first part of Chhorii. Soha Ali Khan will also be seen in the second installment of Chhorii and she will be playing the role of the antagonist.

Director Vishal Furia announced that he is very glad to direct this horror thriller drama series once again. He further said that he is very excited to take a step forward with its sequel.
Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra, Jack Davis, Shikhaa Sharma will jointly produce the sequel under T-series, Crypt TV, Abundantia Entertainment.
