South Indian star Aadhi Pinisetty will soon be back with another sports action drama Clap after Nagesh Kukunoor’s Good Luck Sakhi which was released on February 28, 2022.
It is a bilingual film that will be released in Telugu as well as the Tamil language simultaneously. Directed by the young director Prithivi Adithya, the movie is a sports drama in which Aadhi is playing an Athlete.
This is one of the most-anticipated projects of Aadhi, who is the son of popular Tollywood filmmaker Ravi Raja Pinisetty. Apart from this, on the work front, the actors have another bilingual (Tamil and Telugu) action film “Warriorr” which is directed by N. Lingusamy and is expected to be released this year.

Actress Aakanksha Singh is playing the hockey player as well as the love interest of the male lead Aadhi. The film also features many versatile actors in the key roles, These are:

It is directed as well as written by Prithivi Adithya who is making his directorial debut with this film while Vaddanam Ramesh is the co-director. Along with him, Vanamaali also wrote the dialogues in the film.
It is produced by IB Kathikeyan’s Big Print Pictures along with Ramanjaneyulu Javvaji’s Sarvanth Ram Creations and M Raja Shekar Reddy’s Shri Shirdi Sai Movies.
On the technical front, Cinematography and editing are handled by Praveen Kumar and Ragul respectively. The music and background score is composed by Music Maestro Ilaiyaraaja.
Clap OTT Release Date
The makers of the movie have made an official announcement regarding the movie. Earlier, it was expected that the film is going to have a big theatrical release but now it is confirmed that the film will be released through a direct OTT release on popular streaming platform SonyLIV.

The official teaser of the film both in Telugu and Tamil languages was released on September 9, last year. The nearly one minute and 30-second long intriguing teaser was released through the official Youtube channel of Lahari Music.
Last year Superstar Chiranjeevi first unveiled the teaser of the movie and who was spellbound with the content of the movie. Few days ago on Feb 9, SonyLiv also released the teaser on its Youtube Channel with the tagline Clap: The Sound of Success.
The teaser began with Aadhi introducing himself as Vishnu and gearing up for the 400-meter race competition. Despite having passion and dedication for sports, things didn’t go well with him due to his hawkish and aggressive behavior.
In the end, he indeed won gold with his excellent performance but it cost him a lot as he lost his leg, apparently in a fight or in an accident. To know more about the movie, we need to wait till its release.
