On April 28, 2022, at Prime Video Present India showcase event in Mumbai, Amazon Prime Video announced over 40 new exciting titles in languages such as Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The streamer will release these 40 projects over the next two years, which includes original series, original movies and co-productions.
The slate includes highly anticipated new seasons of superhit series like Pankaj Tripathi starrer Mirzapur, Jaideep Ahlawat starrer Paatal Lok, Sobhita Dhulipala starrer Made in Heaven, Jitendra Kumar starrer Panchayat and Manoj Bajpaaye starrer The Family Man among others.
Along with the new seasons of these series, the streamer also announced the title of some its new original web-series including Bambai Meri Jaan, Call me Baby, Dahaad, Naga Chaitanya starrer Dhootha, Shahid Kapoor starrer Farzi among others.
Another web-series which is making headlines is veteran actor Annu Kapoor starrer upcoming youngster drama Crash Course, a students-based series directed by Vijay Maurya, gets release date now.

Crash Course Cast & Crew
This highly-anticipated web drama created by Manish Hariprasad, who is also serving as the writer along with Raina Roy Key. It is directed by filmmaker and writer Vijay Maurya, who is known for writing the hit dialogues of Zoya Akhatar’s super hit musical drama film Gully Boy starring Ranveer Singh.
Earlier it was said that Avinash Arun, the director of Amazon Prime Video’s super-successful politically-explosive series Paatal Lok, is going to direct the series, but the streamer confirmed that Vijay Maurya has been roped in as a director. Owlet Films is bankrolling the web-series for Amazon Prime Video.
Bollywood veteran and National award-winning actor Annu Kapoor is playing the crucial role in the film. He seems to be playing the owner of a popular coaching institute- RJ Institute. Along with him the series also features Bhanu Uday, Udit Arora, Pranay Pachauri, Sidharth Kak, Chirag Vohra, Gaurav Sharma and Bidita Bag in key roles.

Crash Course First Look
The official twitter handle of Amazon Prime Video announced the title and first look of its original web-series Crash Course, along with many others. The first look it shared features the key cast. In the background it shows posters of two coaching institutes- RJ institute, which seems to be run by Annu Kapoor’s character and another poster is named as Batra Institute.

After seeing the poster we can say that this series is going to be an interesting one for students, as it will show their struggle to crack the exam as well as the cut-throat competition between two popular institutes to lure more students.
