Dangerous: RGV’s India’s first lesbian crime-action film, Trailer, Release Date & More

Director-producer Ram Gopal Verma aka RGV’s controversial film Dangerous has been released in theatres, the information was given by RGV himself on sm platforms while promoting his film in the anticipation of the release.

The multiple language film, revolves around two girls whose relationship turns into an intense affair after their bad experiences with men.

Dangerous Release Date

A small budget film made on around 50 lakhs to 1 crore (Approx). The film was to release on 19 Nov 2021 but was postponed due to unknown reasons.

Later makers came with a new date of 8 April 2022, the film was again pushed back owing to the refusal of theatres, RGV claimed that the theatres refused to screen his film as it is based on the lesbian theme.

Dangerous releases in various Indian languages Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Owing to the obvious reasons earlier, it was being said that the film might dodge the theatrical release and opt directly for the digital route, however, RGV decided to be firm on his decision to fight with injustice happening to his film, eventually, he won and his film now releases on 6 May 2022.

Dangerous Controversy & Plot

‘Dangerous’ earlier came into controversy when RGV first uploaded the poster of his film on 12 May 2021, for which he got trolled badly by Twitter users for badly portraying lesbian experiences.

In the post, he elaborates on the film’s storyline that the film is about two girls who because of a bad experience with a man falls in love with each other, talking about the climax he further told that the because of their intense affair throws them to dangerous criminals and more dangerous cops which leads to a thrilling climax.

Dangerous Star Cast & New Trailer

Apsara Rani and Naina Ganguli are featured in the movie as lesbians. It is India’s first lesbian crime action film. Recently RGV tweeted about the movie, that the movie will arrive soon, he uploaded the poster where the new trailer release date was inscribed in it, which is Oct 5, 2021, at 5 pm, and it’s out.

In the poster both the girl embrace each other with bloody scars and teary eyes on their respective faces. He stated that” Today on the Eve of Shiva release, happy to announce that I traveled from cycle chain to blockchain and now entering the crypto world and NFT world to make dangerous, the first feature film in India to be sold as an NFT. The trailer of this high-intensity love story was released on 13 May 2021 on Ram Gopal Verma’s(RGV) own official YouTube channel, it has been viewed 25 lakhs plus times and achieved 42K likes in it as of now. The trailer which is filled with hotness mostly got a positive response from the viewers who are eager to watch the film.
