Bollywood actor Ali Fazal is soon going to be seen in the English film Death on the Nile, Ali made his debut in American films through 2015 action thriller Vin Diesel starrer Furious 7, Then he has worked in an English biographical comedy-drama Victoria & Abdul(2017) in which he did the role of Indian attendant of Queen Victoria as Abdul Karim.
However, Death on the Nile is a mystery thriller film which is helmed by Oscar nominee actor-filmmaker Kenneth Branagh. The film follows the investigation of a murder of a passenger on the S.S. Karnak ship. It is based on the novel of the same name written by the English writer Agatha Christie.

Death on the Nile is a long-awaited film the principal photography was commenced in Sept 2019 and concluded in Dec 2019, a significant part of the shooting took place in Surrey, Egypt, and Morroco. The makers in March 2021 announced that the film would be going to release in theatres on 11 February 2022 in the U.S.

Michael Green is the screenplay writer, it is backed by Ridley Scott along with Kenneth, Judy Hofflund, and Kevin J. Walsh and made under the banner of Klingberg Genre in association with Mark Gordon Pictures, Scott Free Productions, and TSG Entertainment. 20th Century Studios are the distributors. The film is made on a budget of around Rs 668 crores.

Talking about Ali Fazal’s upcoming projects he will be seen next in the third installments of Fukrey and Happy Bhaag Jayegi franchise.
The actor then will be appearing in another Hollywood film Gerrard butler’s action film Kandahar, Reportedly the film is currently in its production phase. He will also be seen in a Hindi film Baanwre where he will be playing Rocky.
