Dehati Disco is an upcoming dance drama film which is directed by Manoj Sharma. He along with National award-winning dance choreographer and lead actor of the film Ganesh Acharya, also wrote the story, screenplay and dialogues of the film.
The dance drama is bankrolled by Gitesh Chandrakuar, Vaseem Qureshi and Kamal Kishor Mishra under the banners of Qureshi Productions Pvt. Ltd., One Entertainment Film Production, V2S Productions and Prachi Movies.
On the technical front, the cinematography is handled by Kush Chhabria, editing is done by Manoj Magar while music is produced by Jackie Vanjari and lyrics are penned by Pranav Vatsa. Rahul Thombre, Jayshree Kelkar, Sanjeev Hawladar, Devendra Thape are the choreographers and Abbas Ali Moghul has taken care of action sequences.
Dehati Disco Release Date
The makers of the movie have announced its release date and it is confirmed that the film will be released theatrically on May 27, 2022 nationwide. The distribution rights of the film are acquired by Panorama Studios. It was announced on 16th October 2020 and the shooting was started on October 25, same year in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

OTT Release Date
After gracing the cinemas Dehati Disco will be made available for the digital viewers after 4 weeks of theatrical release reportedly. Though the makers are yet to announce the premiere date and the respective platform, as per the reports ott platforms Netflix, Zee 5 is leading the race to acquire the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film.

Dehati Disco Trailer Out
The makers released the new trailer of the movie today, on April 29, 2022. It begins with the voice over explaining the condition of a rural village where dance is completely forbidden. Ganesh Acharya enters the frame along with his little partner and break all the stereotypes by dancing there. Their passion for dance was condemned by religious leaders in the village.
The plot-line of the film takes a complete shift from a complete ban of dance to organizing a competition in the village between modern dance form and Dehati Disco. Overall, the trailer looks promising and dance entertaining with a pinch of comedy added to it.
