Known Hindi Cinema actresses Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi are going to appear together on big screens in their upcoming film Double XL.
Directed by Satramm Ramani this film where Sinha and Huma will apparently be seen together fighting against body shamers and slanderers.
The filming took place in the U.K in Nov this year and now has wrapped up after a month-long schedule it is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl, Ashwin Varde, Saqib Saleem, Huma Qureshi, Mudassar Aziz under the banner of Wakaoo Films with the collaboration of T-Series.
Cinematography is carried out by Milind Jog, and Screenplay is written by Mudassar Aziz and Sasha Singh, Mudassar also wrote the Dialogues for the film along with the story.
Double XL Release Date
The makers released the announcement video of the film on social media platforms end of last year, where they confirmed that the shooting of the film has been concluded and now is all set to hit the theatres from 4th of November 2022, apart from giving the societal message, it will be filled with drama and humour.
Star Cast of Double XL
It stars Sonakshi and Huma in the main lead, other actors include Zaheer Iqbal and Tamil-Telugu actor Mahat Raghavendra, it will be debut Hindi film for Mahat.
On the work front, Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in Ajay Devgn’s Bhuj: The Pride of India which were premiered on the OTT service Disney+Hotstar.
The actress will next be seen in Marathi director Aditya Sarpotdar’s horror-comedy Kakuda, it will be Aditya’s first Bollywood film as a director. The shooting commenced in July this year and is all set to release digitally in the year 2022.
Moreover, Huma Qureshi got critical acclaim from the Web Series Maharani & was also seen starring alongside Akshay in bell-bottom this year. She has two more upcoming films on the way, Action thriller Valimai starring known south actor Ajith, and Netflix film Monica, O My Darling.
