Drishyam 2 has entered the third week and still emerges as the top choice for moviegoers despite the new release every Friday. The film is all set to cross the 250 crores gross mark worldwide on the 3rd weekend.
Ajay-Tabu starrer has outdone the daily earnings of the Friday release movies in the north market and emerged as a first choice for the cinephiles, here. It will be eying to go past the 300 Cr mark before debuting on the OTT platform.

Drisyham 2 has established the superstardom of Ajay Devgn, it was his Tanhaji that became a huge blockbuster pre-pandemic and now Drishyam 2 is turning out to be a big blockbuster post-pandemic. The actor played powerful cameo roles in the commercial successes Gangubai Kathiawadi and RRR, meanwhile.
However, his two film’s Runway 34 and Thank God didn’t find many takers, the former became popular on the digital platform and the latter has a better market in satellite.
Drishyam 2 Box Office Overseas
The two weeks’ overseas earnings of the film stands at 43 Cr gross with accumulating 13.40 crore gross in the 2nd week. The worldwide gross collection of the film stands at 241.16 Cr which consists of 198.16 Cr gross in India and 43 Crs overseas (15 days).

Ajay starrer is sure to cross the 200 Cr nett mark in the third week. The film is showing an amazing trend in advance bookings as well, it has touched yet another 2 Cr mark in the pre-sales for and Sunday (Day 17)
The third Saturday of Drishyam has opened on a solid note in terms of occupancy rates, it registered over 12% occupancy during the morning shows, and the trend is expected to grow over the remaining shows.
Drishyam 2 shows a growth of over 94% in earnings on Sat. It accumulate around 8.45 Cr on day 16 taking the total India nett collections of the movie to 176.68 crores.
