1- Goodbye
Goodbye is a family dramedy, which features Big B in the main lead role, it also marks the Hindi debut of south actress Rashmika Mandanna (Pushpa). Helmed by Vikas Bahl and bankrolled by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Viraj Savant, and Vikas Bahl under Good Co., Balaji Motion Pictures, and Saraswati Entertainment Pvt, ltd. Slated to release on 7th Oct.
The tickets of the film will be sold at Rs 150, it is the first film after the national cinema day to adopt the reducing ticket price policy.
2- Godfather
Tollywood’s megastar Chiranjeevi is gearing up for his highly anticipated upcoming political thriller film, “Godfather” this Dussehra, Salman Khan will be doing an extended cameo role in the film. The Boss starrer is expected to take a humungous start at the box office, considering its excellent advance bookings.
A remake of 2019 superhit Malayalam film Lucifer, it also stars Nayanthara, Satyadev Kancharana, Murali Sharma and Samuthirakani among others.
3- Maja Ma
Madhuri Dixit’s Maja Ma is Amazon Prime Video original movie is all set to release on 6th of October this year. Dancing Queen’s first single also has been released from the movie directed by Anand Tiwari. Gajraj Rao, Ritvik Bhowmik, Shiva Chadha are in important roles.
4- Hindutva
Ashiesh Sharma starrer Hindutva will be released theatrically on 7 Oct, worldwide. It is helmed by Karan Razdan and also stars Sonarika Bhadoria, Anup Jalota, Ankit Raj in the key roles. The trailer will be out soon.
5- The Ghost
Nagarjuna’s look posters from the ghost promise to be a ferocious and power-packed performance from the actor as an agent with a thrilling ride. Jannat fame Sonal Chauhan will be appearing in the film as Nagarjuna’s subordinate. It will be released on Dussehra facing a big clash with Chiranjeevi’s Godfather, produced by Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Banners. The trailer of the movie has garnered a lot of eyeballs.
6- Borrder
“Borrder” is a long-awaited Tamil film, it was earlier scheduled to be released in cinemas on 19 Nov 2021 but was put off indefinitely owing to the floods in Chennai. The trailer of this spy thriller promises to be a treat for the fans of the action thriller genre. Regina Cassandra and Stefy Patel will be seen main lead actresses role.
7- Prey
The 5th installment in the predator franchise, “Prey” is gearing to arrive on the Disney+Hotstar during Dussehra. It is said to be the best film in the franchise, so far, massive hit on Hulu. It revolves around the main lead Amber Midthunder’s character Naru. It will start streaming on 7 October 2022 On Disney+Hotstar, it will also be available in Hindi.
8- Ginna (Postponed to 21st Oct)
The pan India Telugu outing Ginna is a horror-comedy flick. Recently makers unveiled the teaser of the flick in all four languages, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. It stars Vishnu Manchu in the titular role and also has Sunny Leone and Paayal Rajput in the main lead actress role. It was earlier expected to be released during Dussehra but got postponed due to unknown reasons.
