Directed by Harry Bradbeer and written by Jack Thorne, Enola Holmes is based on the young adult fiction series of the same name by Nancy Springer. This film will serve as the sequel to the 2020 film Enola Holmes.
The first part, which was released via Netflix in September 2020, received positive reviews from critics. It became one of the most watched original Netflix films, with an estimated 76 million households watching the film over its first four weeks of release.
After the success of the first film, in April 2021, a sequel was confirmed to be in development. The film’s lead actress, Millie Bobby Brown, revealed that she thought only about making one film until she was on set. She loved playing the character and said it would be a dream to do it again.

Produced by Mary Parent, Alex Gracia, Ali Mendes, Millie Bobby Brown and Paige Brown under the banners of Legendary Pictures and PCMA Productions, Enola Holmes 2 is set to be released on November 4, 2022 on OTT giant Netflix.

Enola Holmes 2 Trailer Out
The makers of the film on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, released its second trailer, which features Enola drawn to a case that her brother also happens to be working on. A bemused Sherlock wonders about her fighting and puzzle solving skills, whereas Enola deftly deals with enemies and people who are too quick to judge her based on her dress and posh accent.
The film revolves around Enola Holmes who follows in the footsteps of her famous brother Sherlock Holmes, and opens her own agency, only to find that life as a female detective for hire isn’t as easy as it seems.
The first trailer of the film was released on September 24, 2022.
